Tips for Preparing for Your Drexel Endocrinology Appointment
You should receive a welcome packet from Drexel Endocrinology before your first visit. This includes several items that we will need for your registration. Please fill out these papers and bring them to your appointment. Our front desk staff will be happy to process these for you.

For every appointment, please bring:
- Your current insurance information
- Referrals, if needed
- Co-payments, as needed
- A full list of your current medications and doses, or the actual medication bottles
- A list of allergies
- A list of vitamins or supplements, if you are taking any
- Any copies of blood testing or radiology reports (ultrasound reports, MRI reports) that you may have
