Tips for Preparing for Your Appointment

Drexel Partnership Comprehensive Care Practice providers are committed to providing you with the best possible care experience, every visit. In addition to providing the highest standard of health care, we strive to address your questions and concerns. One way that you can help to ensure that you get the most out of your appointment with your doctor is by preparing for your visit in advance.

  • On the day of your visit, bring your insurance card and cardholder information,  photo identification and payment for your co-pay.
  • Make a list of medications and supplements that you are currently taking (including doses and frequency) and bring it with you.
  • Develop a list of questions and any symptoms that you have (including where they are, how long they last and what aggravates or relieves them) and share it with your doctor or nurse practitioner.
  • If you are nervous about your appointment or concerned that you may forget important information then bring a friend or a family member who can take notes, drive or ask questions.

Clinic Operations

We continue to operate on both the 2nd and 5th floors as indicated below (your appointment card and appointment reminder call(s) will tell you which floor to visit.

2nd Floor Services:

  • Medical case manager (MCM) appointments
  • Reproductive health and pregnancy care – (every Tuesday and every 2nd, 4th and 5th Thursday)

5th Floor Services:

  • Urgent/Sick Visits – If you can, please call ahead for sick visits. This lets us set aside an appointment time for you. If you cannot call ahead, walk-in appointments are available.
  • Scheduled Lab Appointments – Blood draws, TB screening, vaccines, STI treatments, injections.
  • Routine follow-up appointments
  • Behavioral health support
  • Nutrition support
  • Insurance support
  • On-Call medical case management

Check-In with Security

Patients must show identification at the security desk in the lobby. This is a common requirement in medical buildings. This gives you more privacy and helps us direct you to the right floor for your appointment. You will not need to say your name aloud in the lobby space.

COVID Policy for Patients and Visitors

Masking continues to be optional for patients and visitors. Important exceptions are outlined below.

  • We encourage those who are immunocompromised to wear a mask
  • We require those with respiratory symptoms to also wear a mask
  • Please ask your health care provider if you have questions

Situations that REQUIRE both employees and patients to mask:

  • If you have had close contact with someone with Covid within the last 10 days
  • If you have been diagnosed with Covid, flu or RSV within the last 10 days
  • If you have been diagnosed with mpox within the last 4 weeks and your lesions are not fully healed
  • If you have respiratory symptoms (i.e., runny nose, cough, fever, sore throat)
  • If cases increase again to high levels in the community, universal masking will be required
