Available at regular medical visits or by special appointment, the nutritionist will work with you to develop a wellness plan that meets your health goals and lifestyle.

Some of the services available include:

  • Diabetes education and support
  • Dietary counseling
  • Food safety instruction
  • Meal planning/budgeting
  • Referral to community food resources
  • Basic information about nutrition-related topics seen in popular media

Team Approach to Nutrition and HIV

Many nutrition-related issues require a team approach. Partnership patients can count on our nutritionist to work with behavioral health, nursing, case management and other areas of our practice to best meet their needs.
